Shipping:

• We ship ALL in-stock orders on the same day or the next business day after cleared payment received. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
• US and CANADA only.
• For other international locations please contact us to get a shipping quote.
• When your shipment is confirmed, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail.
• Domestic Orders: Items will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Parcel Post Transit time is approximately 2-7 business days
• International Orders: Items will be shipped via USPS First Class International Mail, Transit time is approximately 7-25 business days

Returns:

• All returns must be pre-approved by Emailing to our RMA Department (Return Merchandise Authorization). Shipment fee is not refundable for international orders.
